How we pay you
You can be paid in these ways:
- In Store Credit
- By Bank Transfer
- By PayPal (be aware that PayPal will deduct a small fee for this payment method)
Store Credit can be used on one of our second-hand children’s clothes websites: buildabundle.co.uk or katieskidsclothes.com.
You will be paid as soon as your clothes have been checked. At this point, the clothes we accept become our property and cannot be returned to you.
How much will you be paid?
The amount we pay for your clothes will depend on:
- The size of the clothes
- The brand of the clothes
- The weight of the clothes
What we pay for most brands
All items are paid for by weight. We pay the following prices:

| School uniform (all sizes) | £3 per kilogram, paid in Store Credit only |
| Shoes (with sizing in UK, US or EU shoe sizes) | £2 per kilogram |
| Tiny/Early Baby up to 12 Months (including items labelled ’12 months’ and shoes with age-based sizing) | £3 per kilogram, paid in Store Credit only |
| 12-18 Months up to 6 Years (including items labelled ‘6 years’) | £3 per kilogram |
| 6-7 Years up to 16 Years | £4 per kilogram |
| Items over 16 Years (including all adult sizes) | We do not buy these sizes |
We pay more for certain premium brands
For certain brands, we will pay 50% more per kilogram. You can view the list of premium brands on our FAQ page.
For premium brands, we will pay the following prices:

| Shoes (with sizing in UK, US or EU shoe sizes) | £3 per kilogram |
| Tiny/Early Baby up to 12 Months (including items labelled ’12 months’) | £4.50 per kilogram, paid in Store Credit only |
| 12-18 Months up to 6 Years (including items labelled ‘6 years’) | £4.50 per kilogram |
| 6-7 Years up to 16 Years | £6 per kilogram |
| Items over 16 Years (including all adult sizes) | We do not buy these sizes |
We do not pay premium prices for school uniform items or school plimsoles/gym shoes, irrespective of the brand.
We don’t pay for all clothes
We only buy clothes which are in a condition we can sell onto other families.

If you send us clothes we cannot sell, they will be rejected and you won’t be paid for them.
